The other offers drywall walls and ceilings for a brighter, more contemporary look. Transportation to Western Montana has been arranged for costs between $4,000 - $7,000
A $2,500 deposit is required to reserve each cabin.
A 30-day due diligence period will be provided.
Buyers can rely on information provided (included detailed pictures and videos of each unit) OR may visit the buildings in Watford City North Dakota.
After 30-day due diligence period, final amount will be due & ownership will be transferred via a bill of sale.
Option for the cabin to remain at its current North Dakota location for up to six months post-purchase.
Buyers will purchase specific, cataloged cabins based on their building number and exact location. Detailed information, including pictures and videos, will be provided for each individual cabin during due diligence.
